Subsequently, Liao Xiangwen, member of the Fujian Province Artificial Intelligence Expert Group and the Vice dean of the School of Medicine and the Medical Engineering Interdisciplinary Research Institute of Fuzhou University, delivered a captivating speech titled "Artificial Intelligence Empowering the Health Care Industry". He presented the cutting-edge application achievements of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field in a clear and understandable manner, and made forward-looking predictions about the future development of this field. This made the participants deeply appreciate the transformation and opportunities that artificial intelligence has brought to the medical industry.
Li Shouping, the vice president of Huawei Ascend Computing Business, also delivered a themed speech titled "Open Software, Open Hardware, Ascend AI Deeply Empowering Fujian's Various Industries". He stated that Huawei will fully leverage its technological advantages to assist various industries in Fujian in achieving intelligent transformation, promote the all-round progress of the economy and society, and contribute to the development of Fujian's digital economy.
During the conference, Chairman Li Jianhang of TTY and several other enterprise representatives jointly launched the establishment of the "Innovative Ecological Consortium for Local Products and Local Use" in the presence of all the guests. This consortium aims to integrate industrial chain resources and promote the large-scale application of independent innovation technologies in fields such as government affairs, healthcare, and industry, contributing to the construction of "Digital Fujian". Subsequently, TTY and Huawei held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. The general manager of TTY product center and Zhou Junxiong, the minister of Huawei Fujian government and enterprise solution and marketing department, signed the agreement on the stage. This marked that the two parties would carry out deeper cooperation in areas such as artificial intelligence, computing infrastructure, and industry solutions; and accelerate the application of domestic computing power in key industries.

Together with Huawei team, TTY has collaborated on aspects such as product compatibility with Kunpeng and Ascend series, and key application certification. They have jointly developed multiple product solutions catering to the needs of different industries. At this conference, both parties jointly launched the TTY Kunpeng AI all-in-one machine TW656V1. This product integrates high-performance AI computing power and various application interfaces, has strong industry adaptability, supports local deployment of large models, enables secure computing without data leaving the domain, and is widely applicable in fields such as government, finance, healthcare, energy, security, industrial inspection, etc., helping enterprises and governments achieve intelligent upgrades.
